3. Title Change to Remove "Secondary Circuit" from the Secondary Circuit Component Failure Test, Section 48

4. Carafe Handle Security Test, Revised 9.2, New 33.1.26 and 41.1.2, New Sub-Clause 41.7, Revised SA15.10 and SB16.10
