1. Revisions for general requirements regarding components

2. Revisions for specific requirements regarding components

3. Revisions for requirements regarding refrigerant tubing

4. Revisions to incorporate operating control, protective control parameter, and safety critical function requirements

5. Revisions for motor and motor overload protection requirements

6. Miscellaneous revisions including updated standard references, thermal equilibrium requirements, clarification of Table 31.2, and removal of R-22 references
