3. Addition of tests for low pressure propane and natural gas flexible hoses and fittings

4. Addition of marking and instruction manual requirements for utility interactive engine generators and microturbines with their associated control systems

5. Addition of access door, cover, and panel opening requirements - note that the proposal topic is consistent with the topic number used in the original proposal

6. Clarification to scope
